At our June 13th Bi-Annual Business meeting at the UTSA Library we had the privledge of viewing a fabulous collection of very old Mexican Cookbooks, some a century old! Please view this video introducing this unique collection. Esparza, Executive Director of SA Time Dollar Community Connections, will receive the Legacy Award at the chapter’s annual business meeting on January 10, 2017.
