Fundraisers
The San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’ Escoffier holds a major fundraiser each year. Monies raised from these memorable, one-of-a-kind events, alternate between funding our Aspirations Grant and our scholarship programs that help further women in their culinary careers. Past events include A Evening Inspired by Julia Child (a Dame herself!), Lone Star Afternoon and Fried Chicken & Bubbles.
