Interested in becoming a member of the
Les Dames d’ Escoffier International San Antonio Chapter?
Les Dames d’Escoffier members are women in the food, beverage and hospitality industries who have at least five years of professional experience in their field and who are interested in sharing their expertise, learning from and networking with like-minded women, and supporting causes globally and in their own communities.
As a Dame, you will have the opportunity to build lasting friendships, foster community relations and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most while empowering other women to succeed in the field of culinary arts, hospitality and agriculture.
Applications for membership are accepted in February. Prospective members must complete an application form and submit one letter of recommendation from a current member of Les Dames d’Escoffier with an application deadline no later than the last day of February.
Applying for membership does not guarantee acceptance.
All members are expected to support the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission, Vision and Values and abide by the organization’s Code of Ethics.
