Our organization works with the community to encourage and facilitate community gardens, including the C.I.E.L.O. Gardens, which gives the refugee population of San Antonio the chance to grow their own food while making friends and gaining confidence in the new community in which they live. Our grant to the garden helps pay for the water used in the growing and gardening processes.
